My schedule this week included the following 22 practices:

7 team practices

3 small group workouts

2 team weight lifting sessions

2 individual weight lifting sessions

2 small group weight lifting sessions

6 individual player development (IPD) sessions

Of course I planed all of them, additionally organized 5 more team practices and 13 more IPD sessions.

Monday was the office day, practice from tuesday to saturday and reflection day is sunday.
