My schedule this week included the following 32 practices:

  • 6 team practices
  • 3 small group workouts
  • 2 team weight lifting sessions
  • 5 individual weight lifting sessions
  • 3 small group weight lifting sessions
  • 13 individual player development (IPD) sessions

Of course I planed all of them, additionally organized 4 more team practices and 16 more IPD sessions.

Monday was the office day, practice from tuesday to saturday and reflection day is sunday.
