My schedule this week included the following 35 practices:

  • 6 team practices
  • 5 small group workouts
  • 12 individual weight lifting sessions
  • 12 individual player development (IPD) sessions

Of course I planed all of them, additionally organized 6 more team practices and 17 more IPD sessions.

Monday was the office day, practice from tuesday to friday. Planing, video, writing and reflection on saturday and sunday.
